✨ Appointment Policy

​All appointments require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, paid via credit or debit card. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.

⏰ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. However, out of respect for our time and other clients, we require:

• 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • With proper notice, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in:

  • Your deposit being forfeited, and

  • You will be charged 100% of the service fee.

📞 All cancellations or changes must be made by phone.

🚗 Late Arrival Policy

If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time.

• Arriving 15 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show, and fees will apply.

💎 Satisfaction Guarantee

At Meg-a-Lashes, we strive for perfection with your safety and satisfaction as our top priorities.

• If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment.

• We will gladly offer a complimentary touch-up to make things right.

💸 Refund Policy​

We do not offer refunds on services. However, we stand behind our Satisfaction Guarantee to address any concerns post-service.

🌸 Allergy Policy

If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to lash extensions in the past, or suspect a sensitivity, please inform us before your appointment by calling ahead.

• If a reaction occurs during or after your appointment, notify us immediately so we can assist.

• Please note: Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions. Patch tests are available upon request for new clients or those with sensitivity concerns.

🔁 Lash Refill Policy

To maintain the quality and appearance of your lashes:

• Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.

• You must retain 50% or more of your lash extensions for the appointment to be considered a refill.

If it has been over 4 weeks or if less than 50% of lashes remain, a new full set will be required.

👶 Children & Guest Policy

At Meg-a-Lashes, we genuinely care about our clients and their families — many of you feel like extended family to us! 💖

However, to maintain a safe and serene environment:

• Children are welcome only if they can sit quietly and independently in the waiting area.

• For safety and sanitation reasons, extra guests are not permitted in the lash room during services.

Thank you for understanding that our workspace needs to remain calm and distraction-free so we can do our best work.

🐶 Pet Policy

We love animals and know many of our clients do too! However:

• For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside the salon.

• Only trained service dogs, as defined by the ADA, are permitted.

Please note: Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under current ADA guidelines.

🧘 Appointment Preparation Tips

To help ensure a smooth and relaxing lash experience:

• Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.

• Remove contact lenses before your appointment.

• Avoid excess caffeine, which may cause fluttering or discomfort.

• Silence your phone and limit conversation during the appointment.

• Most importantly — sit back, relax, and enjoy your lash nap! 😴
