Meg-a-Lashes offers in-store pick-up at our White Plains location. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please wait for a notification stating your order is ready before picking up your order. Your order confirmation email and ID will be needed for pickup. Meg-a-Lashes orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Meg-a-Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier to receive the latest information regarding your delivery.
Meg-a-Lashes is currently only shipping in the US.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase amount. After 14 days unopened, unused products are no longer refundable. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. To begin the return process, please email email@example.com. Please include your order number in the email so we can assist you more efficiently.
Meg-a-Lashes is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of a returned order, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
