We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for that reason. We appreciate your continued loyalty and support.
Appointment Policy
Meg-a-Lashes requires a 30% deposit for all appointments with a credit/debit card.
Cancellation
Policy
Meg-a-Lashes requires a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you provide notice within this time frame, your 30% deposit will be refunded. However, failure to give 24-hour notice or no-shows will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service fee. Please note that all cancellations must be made over the phone.
Late Policy
If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the time available, your service may be adjusted to fit within the remaining schedule. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and applicable fees may apply.
Guarentee
At Meg-a-Lashes, we strive for perfection, with your safety and satisfaction as our top priorities. If you have any concerns about the service you received, please let us know within 3 days, and we’ll make it right at no additional charge. We take pride in offering this policy to ensure you’re always happy with your results.
Refunds
Meg-a-Lashes does not offer refunds on services. We do, however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above)
Allergies
If you experience an allergic reaction to any products used during your service, please notify us immediately so we can assist you in assessing the situation. If you’ve had allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and suspect you may be sensitive to our products, please inform us before your appointment by calling ahead. *Please note, refunds are not provided for allergic reactions.
Lash Refill Policy
2/3 week refills: No more than 50% loss of initial set
*If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
*Anything over 4 weeks is considered a new set.
Children
For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we are unable to accommodate small children in the lash room, as our team is unable to provide supervision. Thank you for your understanding.
Recommendations
To ensure the best experience during your appointment
-Contacts and makeup must be removed before the appointment.
-Please limit caffeine consumption on the day of your appointment.
-To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, kindly silence your phone and keep conversations to a minimum.
-Please refrain from bringing children to the salon.
-Relax, take a well-deserved nap, and wake up to stunning lashes!
