Appointment Policy

Meg-a-Lashes requires a 30% deposit for all appointments with a credit/debit card.

Cancellation
Policy

Meg-a-Lashes requires 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. You will receive your 30% deposit back as long as it's during the 24-hour cancellation period. Failure to give 24-hour notice or no-shows will result in 100% of the scheduled service fee. All cancellations must be made over the phone.

Late Policy

Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at least 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.

Guarentee

Meg-a-Lashes strives for perfection, your safety and outcome is our priority! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer.

Refunds

Meg-a-Lashes does not offer refunds on services. We do, however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above)

Allergies

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. Simply call us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

Lash Refill Policy

2/3 week refills: No more than 50% loss of initial set

*If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.

*Any thing over 4 weeks is considered a new set. 

Children

We cannot accommodate small children in the lash room as our team will not be able to provide supervision. Thank you for your understanding.

Recommendations

-Contacts and makeup must be removed before the appointment.

-Please limit caffeine consumption on the day of your appointment.

-Please silence your phone in order to keep the relaxing atmosphere for everyone else around you in the salon.

-Please do not bring children to the appointment.

-Keep talking to a minimum and feel free to take a well-deserved nap and wake up to beautiful lashes!
